JOB TITLE : Product Content Specialist

DEPARTMENT : E-Commerce

REPORT TO : Manager of Ecommerce

MUST RESIDE IN THE METRO ATLANTA , GA AREA

SUMMARY :

Gathers data and digital media attributes for all of TOTO USA products into TOTO's product information management system; Creates digital catalogs and coordinates digital catalog launches for new products. Audits online retailers for TOTO content and distributes content to retailers as needed. The product content has a secondary role of minimum advertised priced admin.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Translates technical writing into layperson's term
• Manages small projects such as outsourcing image creation
• Works within a team, as well as independently
• Frequently operates high level Search Engine Optimizations and Product Relations (Variants, Up-Sell, Cross-Sell)
• Uses Salsify and other related product information management systems, and / or Master Data Management systems, to execute daily tasks
• Frequently communicates with other departments, vendors, and customers
• Organizes product data, metadata, and digital assets within the Product Information Management system for new products, product changes, and product discontinuation and coordinates the communication to our customers
• Communicates merchandising differences across multiple retailers
• Updates Internet Minimum Advertised Pricing Documentation
• Enforces and provides management level summary of the Internet Minimum Advertising Pricing status
• Does content mapping for all internet retailers
• Audits major retailers for content accuracy and submits corrections when necessary
• Normalizes and checks content accuracy within our internal PIM, as well as make recommendations for new required attributes
