Essential Functions & Primary Duties :

• Drive activities to hit utilization targets across practice groups (Audit, Tax and Advisory)
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the RM team and the use of the scheduling software's
• Meet productivity standards for individuals and practice groups
• Reports to the National Financial Services Operations Leader
