In an ideal candidate we seek
- have 5+ years of experience crafting consumer-focused tech designs across diverse platforms (web, mobile, apps, etc.).
- have a compelling portfolio demonstrating a seasoned, keen eye for visual design, a clean command over interaction design, and mastery of usability and design strategy.
- live and breathe Figma and are experienced in prototyping and in building / maturing / maintaining design systems.
- a thoughtful communicator, collaborator, and thought leader - someone who not only delivers great work but also brings a strategic vision to life.
- have an eagerness to grow by actively seeking feedback and engaging in collaborative learning.
- have a proven track record of managing time effectively and taking ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
- You thrive in a fast-changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability - especially in situations where there may be more ambiguity, you’re adept at problem solving.
