This role will be responsible for building and establishing an organization dedicated to protecting our people, product, and brand using a risk-based methodology, and by unlocking best in class Security Technology. This role will be responsible for supporting all global UHG businesses, over 4600+ unique properties, and approx. 400,000 employees. This role will require close partnership and collaboration across business and industry segments including : Real-estate, Legal, Technology, Compliance, ESRO cross function teams, business segment sr. leaders, Accounting, Loss Prevention, and our People team amongst many other teams.

Success of this role will entail the ability to quickly analyze and assess opportunities for improvement. Optimizing business collaboration by bringing to life a strategy of continuous improvement, and leadership to help design / adjust the organization structure to support current and future business needs will be required in our fluid and vastly growing business model.

• from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $156,400 to $268,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
