Job Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of controls engineering experience in automotive manufacturing or similar complex industrial environments.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (Rockwell / Allen-Bradley, Siemens), HMI / SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols.
• Strong knowledge of electrical panel design, sensors, actuators, VFDs, and robotics integration.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
