This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about delivering accurate and timely financial information in the manufacturing industry.
Job Description
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Analyze financial data and generate reports to assist in decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting procedures and improve efficiency.
- Assist in audits by preparing required documentation and addressing inquiries.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives within the Accounting & Finance department.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Staff Accountant should have :
- A strong background in accounting and finance, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
