Location : Dubuque, Iowa

Start Date : ASAP (upon credentialing temp privileges possible in days)

Setting : Outpatient Radiation Oncology

Schedule : Monday Friday 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Assignment Structure : Full-time, 4-week blocks only (no time off mid-block)

Call : None

Population : Adults only

Assignment Overview

A respected regional medical center in Dubuque, Iowa is seeking a Board Certified Radiation Oncologist for full-time locum coverage. This position is strictly outpatient with no call responsibilities. Providers must be available for 4-week stretches and ready to start as soon as credentialing is complete.

Practice Details

Patient Volume :

Outpatient : patients / day (on-treatment, consults, follow-ups)

Inpatient : 0 1 / day (rare)

EMR : Aria (experience highly preferred)

Trauma Level : II

Modalities & Skills Required

Conventional Radiotherapy

3D Radiotherapy

IMRT, IGRT, 3D-CRT

Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)

Stereotactic Radiosurgery

Photon Beam Therapy

Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified in Radiation Oncology Required

Active Iowa License or IMLC Must already hold

COVID Vaccination Required

Available for 4-week assignments Required

Experience with Aria EMR Highly Preferred

Local or within driving distance Highly Preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate : $355.00 / hour

Overtime Rate : $533.00 / hour

Holiday Overtime Rate : $800.00 / hour

Travel & Lodging : Covered

Licensing & Certification Reimbursement : Provided
