Project Manager Client Facing Role

Job Description

Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors. Develop project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all projects. Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution. Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have : Proven experience managing construction projects in a client-facing capacity. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams. Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and relevant regulations. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
