• Experience on IVR ( Interactive Voice Response) Development experience using C# / Java
• Experience on Genesys Composer Experience in Interaction Routing and Designer (IRD)
• Experience in Interaction Workspace (IW)
• 5+ years' experience working as a Genesys developer Experience on working with CI / CD
• 4+ years working with Genesys Cloud objects and Architect flows
• Ability to identify opportunities to automate / streamline where applicable in overall solution
• Genesys Cloud Developer IVR Developer
