In this role, you will be responsible for selling memberships, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our innovative fitness programs to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership growth
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients, both in person and over the phone
• Give tours of our state-of-the-art facilities and explain the benefits of our fitness programs
• Assist clients with selecting the right membership package and guide them through the sign-up process
• Follow up with leads and prospective clients to ensure continued interest in our services
• Participate in promotional events and community outreach to generate leads and increase brand awareness
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area and lobby

Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Possess a strong passion for health, fitness, and wellness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor
