In this medically-based role, the LPN will provide exceptional patient care, helping clients achieve their desired aesthetic outcomes while delivering laser hair removal treatments according to established medical protocols.\n\nWhy Our LPNs Enjoy Working at Milan : \n

• Laser Treatments : Administer laser hair removal treatments following medical protocols. Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, maintain accurate patient records, and handle client information confidentially in compliance with HIPAA. Maintain a professional, clean, and organized treatment environment, ensuring world-class customer service.\n
• Sales Support : Encourage clients to leave online reviews, discuss treatment results, and recommend additional areas for treatment in line with Milan's upsell best practices.\n
• Operational Duties : Maintain and clean laser equipment, schedule and confirm appointments, manage client records, handle phone inquiries, support treatment room upkeep, perform opening and closing duties, and process client transactions.\n
• Other Duties : Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned to support the team and organizational goals.\n\nRequirements : \n
• Current, valid LPN license in good standing\n
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to excellent patient care\n
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills\n
• Ability to maintain confidential information\n
• Passion for the aesthetics industry\n
