As a Local Account Manager, youll become the face of Velociti in your city. Youll build relationships with business owners, property managers, and facility leaders, helping them keep their spaces clean, safe, and running smoothly.
This isnt a desk job. Youll spend your days out meeting people, visiting buildings, and building a book of business youre proud of. Youll learn how to sell, how to communicate, and how to win from leaders whove built national sales organizations and know what it takes to succeed.

What Youll Do
- Build and grow your own local territory through outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Meet in-person with new prospects every week to understand their facility needs
- Build relationships through lunches, dinners, ball games, golf, and other creative events
- Partner with our Regional Operations team to create service proposals and pricing
- Sell both recurring facility contracts and quick one-time jobs (pressure washing, floor care, etc.)
- Track your calls, meetings, and proposals in HubSpot CRM
- Represent Velocitis Service Standards in every client interaction
What Were Looking For
03 years of experience (sales experience is a plus but not required)A self-starter with high energy, curiosity, and people skillsSomeone who thrives on meeting new people and building trust face-to-faceExcellent communicator confident, coachable, and ready to learnOrganized and accountable (youll manage your own pipeline and schedule)Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally to client sitesWhat We Offer
