We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multifamily Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations for multifamily residential projects in the Asheville, NC area. This is an exciting opportunity for a construction professional with a strong background in multifamily developments to join a dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activitiesto ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and quality standards
• Enforce safety protocols and site cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and company policies
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and quality expectations
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and progress photos
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve issues and maintain momentum
• Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including owners and inspectors
