Job Description

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Responsible for submittals, change orders, RFIs, etc.
• Minimum travel expectation of 3 days / week - Mainly kept to the Midwest area.
• Will be home every weekend.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, including contracts and reports.
• Identify and address potential project risks, providing timely solutions as needed.
• Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, costs, and schedules.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Engineer should have :

• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of construction experience.
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not necessary.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant construction software and tools.
• An ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges.
