Manage all onsite construction activities from start to finish on a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) project

Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and logistics to ensure compliance with federal security requirements and construction milestones
\n
Drive quality control, safety enforcement, and scheduling to meet project goals and government specifications
\n
Operate within strict security protocols and work closely with project managers and federal stakeholders
\n
Deliver timely progress reports and oversee inspections and compliance documentation
\n
Create and maintain a strong jobsite culture centered on safety, discipline, and collaboration

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with at least one SCIF or secure federal project under their belt. They have a solid understanding of security protocols, federal project compliance, and construction sequencing. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage subcontractors and deadlines under strict access controls. Must hold or be eligible for a security clearance. A background in mission-critical, defense, or government-related construction is a strong plus.
