Key Responsibilities
Answers specific questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products
Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions for common failures
Escalates complex problems to senior level contract support team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
2+ years of professional experience in a Helpdesk role
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Experience in multi-server environments and customer service
Knowledge of ITIL processes and cloud-based environments is a plus
