Your Opportunities

In This Role You Will

• Own end-to-end UX and UI design for key features in the mobile patient app (iOS / Android), from wireframes to pixel-perfect UI
• Use Figma as your core tool — including advanced components, variables, responsive frames, and design system integration
• Extend and refine our mobile design system, including patterns for gamification, incentives, and habit formation
• Rapidly prototype and test behavior change patterns with lightweight usability testing
• Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to align designs with the roadmap and ensure quality implementation
• Participate in design critiques, bring fresh visual ideas, and raise the craft bar for mobile UX
