Technical Recruiter We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.
From day one, you’ll build relationships with hiring managers across Rain’s product and engineering teams and will focus on bringing in the best talent around the globe.
This position will report to our Lead Recruiter and be an integral part of our People Operations team. What you’ll do Manage full cycle recruiting across our product and engineering teams, taking on occasional roles in other departments as well. Partner with hiring managers and executives to define roles and relentlessly pursue top talent.
Build and maintain world-class pipelines through sourcing, networking, and creative strategies.
Partner with other members of the people team to ensure smooth candidate onboarding and integration into the company.
Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools, ATS and CRM platforms, and data-driven analytics to source, assess, and maintain world-class candidate pipelines.
Champion a diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring approach.
Strengthen Rain’s employer brand and candidate experience.
Who you are 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a track record of hiring complex technical roles in B2B SaaS (e.g., Software Developer, Product Manager, Data Analyst, etc) General understanding of various tech stacks and recent technologies.
Experience in both large tech companies and scaling startups.
Experience facilitating technical tests as part of the screening process A closer’s mentality - you love winning talent in competitive markets.
