We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Manager based in Columbus, Ohio to enhance our growing team. This integral role offers the opportunity to influence our client's growth trajectory and uphold its reputation for excellence in recruitment practices.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will ensure robust project management protocols and contribute significantly to our client's growth and profitability.

Your expertise will facilitate best-in-class recruitment services, with a focus on superior quality in service delivery and client satisfaction.

You will navigate operational responsibilities with finesse, ensuring that project deliverables are achieved with the highest standards, in alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business landscape, organizational structure, and strategic goals.
  • Oversee projects from initiation to completion, assuring quality control across recruitment activities, fulfilling project deliverables, and maintaining alignment with KPIs and SLAs.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks at both strategic and operational dimensions.
  • Foster strong relationships with key client stakeholders, establishing clear communication and managing expectations effectively.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
  • Advocate for change by providing constructive improvement strategies, including necessary change management steps.
  • Facilitate comprehensive project reviews, effectively conveying pertinent project information to superiors and ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain system integrity through regular updates and quality checks performed by the project team.
  • Collaborate with the Project Director on advanced client reporting, assuring all reports are accurate, comprehensive, and submitted within established deadlines.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years in recruitment, with substantive leadership experience.
  • Competency in recruitment metrics and reporting protocols.
  • Experience with Service Level Agreements and Statements of Work in a business context.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with various Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Proven ability in team leadership and motivation in a delivery-driven environment.
  • Acumen in analyzing complex data, formulating recommendations, and implementing solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, adept at managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Articulate and persuasive communication skills, proficient in English, with a client-focused and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels and diverse cultures.
  • Inherent energy, confidence, maturity, and sensitivity in interpersonal relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (five years).
  • Demonstrated experience in similar roles or environments.
