Role Purpose

The Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for consistent operational support in the merchandising area including running weekly reports, purchase order maintenance, cross functional communication, and sample maintenance & tracking. The Merchandise Coordinator generally supports multiple categories within a department.

Essential Duties and Functions :

Administrative Functions :

• Orchestrating digital weekly reports to disperse to cross functional partners
• Maintaining UDAs for cross functional reporting needs
• Write up new orders and work closely with PO Coordinator to place in system while maintaining current purchase orders and balancing back to workbooks
• Sample turn-in for PID photography, visual, photo shoot, etc.
• Receiving and organizing mail
• Organizing the weekly best / worst wall by printing tags and gathering samples
• Weekly review of the website to ensure all product information is correct from the copy to the photography

Education : Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred

Experience : Previous retail experience preferred

Pay Range : Hourly : $20.00 - $22.00
