Commercial Electrician

General Job Description

KEP a division of IES Residential is currently seeking skilled electricians for commercial / multifamily style projects in the Columbus,OH area.

We are looking for individuals interested in making a career in the electrical field.

Duties of a Commercial Electrician :

• Installing lights, wiring, meters, panel, and device connection.
• Installation of conduit and other materials within commercial spaces, using both hand tools, and powers tools
• Trouble shooting circuitry
• Layout and Install service entrance equipment, including feeders.
• Layout and assist in installation of underground service conduit.

Responsibilties

• Considerable interpersonal skills in interacting with management, field support staff, suppliers, and customers.
• Must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
• Must possess the ability to understand departmental operations and procedures.
