Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Machinist based in Draper, UT. The Machinist will be responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production of oral dissolving strips. Key responsibilities include operating machinery, performing routine inspections, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining adherence to health and safety standards. Attention to detail and precision in fabrication will be critical components of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Strong mechanical skills, including troubleshooting and performing equipment repairs
• Familiarity with technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment specifications
• Ability to follow safety and hygiene practices in a manufacturing environment
• Basic understanding of production processes and quality control standards
• Attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant vocational training, certifications, or experience as a machinist is preferred

We use proprietary equipment for our film making operation. Most equipment will need to be trained on specifically to be fully understood. We will spend time showing you the equipment, we need someone that will be able to learn the equipment in and out and ensure long term consistent operation. This will require someone mechanically inclined, as well as familiar with electrical aspects of machinery operations.
