Do you enjoy the flexibility of working within multiple residential programs? As our ABA Technician, you will be collaborating with staff and caregivers in the residential group homes to teach, model and reinforce positive behaviors through the Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) model.

Location : Residential group homes in the Merrimack Valley

Schedule : Monday – Friday 10 : 00am – 6 : 00pm. This position is benefit eligible as of date of hire.

Compensation range : This is a 40-hour non-exempt full-time position. The pay range is $22.50 – 25.30 per hour.

As our ABA Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Clinician to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Strong observational skills, patience, and a compassionate attitude are essential for your success in this role.

High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience working within the intellectual and developmental disability community
