SPT Shift : Days 5x8 0600-1430 M-F Types of Cases REQ : 80 Average Daily Tray Volume : 700 # of OR s : 72 Years of experience REQ : 2 First-timers accepted : Will review 1st time travelers with Trauma I experience and at least 2 years experience. Weekend REQ : No National Certs required : one of the following : CBSPED or CRST (Through HSPA, formerly IAHCSMM) BLS REQ : (Y / N) No SPD Instrument Tracking : Censis CensiTrac Required Belimed washers / sterilizers Preferred Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) What is the req? No Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? Yes - within facility and their scope of care Floating Req to Sister Facilities : (Y / N) : No Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) No Locals accepted : No. What is the local radius rule? 75 miles Pending State License accepted : (Y / N) Yes RTO Restrictions : No more than 7 days Please note that within a 13-week contract 2 or more attendance issues (absences or tardies) is considered excessive. Guaranteed Hours : 3 shifts per 13 weeks.
