Right-of-Way Engineering Technician (Indianapolis, IN)

Full-Time | On-Site

We are currently seeking an experienced Right-of-Way Engineering Technician to join a growing civil engineering team in the Indianapolis area . This role will focus primarily on developing, maintaining, and reviewing right-of-way plans and related documentation to support transportation and civil infrastructure projects. The right candidate will bring strong survey knowledge, an understanding of land acquisition documentation, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain right-of-way plans and associated documentation.
• Review and supervise revisions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with and coordinate title searches and related documentation research.
• Provide right-of-way data to support appraisals, surveys, property acquisition, title agencies, and engineering project needs.
• Review plans and documents from consultants, agencies, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Prepare and / or review deed descriptions in accordance with project requirements.
• Manage records, filing, and document organization related to right-of-way work.
