Are you part logistics wizard, part party planner, and 100% awesome? Then Hempies has the perfect cosmic mission for you! Were searching for our next Inventory & Events Coordinator. S omeone who can keep our back-of-house inventory organized like the stars while making our front-of-house events shine brighter than a supernova.

What Youll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Galactic Adventures)

  • Guarding the Goods : Receive, scan, and label product deliveries with Jedi-like precision.
  • Inventory Heroics : Team up with Store Managers and Inventory Specialists to keep counts accurate (because no one wants a black hole in the system).
  • Party Captain : Coordinate vendor pop-ups, brand demos, and customer events that are out of this world.
  • Vendor Vibes : Build strong relationships so our partners love orbiting around Hempies.
  • Rule Keeper : Ensure all event materials and samples are compliant (because nothing kills a vibe faster than paperwork gone wrong).
  • Team Spirit : Collaborate with marketing, operations, and store teams to make sure every event and launch is a big bang success.

    • What Makes You a Star Candidate

  • 2+ years in retail, inventory, or event coordination (cannabis industry = bonus points ).
  • Excel at juggling multiple tasks without dropping planets.
  • Communication skills that could charm both spreadsheets and humans.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs (sometimes our inventory is as heavy as your playlist).
  • Flexible with evenings, weekends, and occasional holidaysbecause the universe doesnt run on 95.
