General Otolaryngology Summary

• 100% general otolaryngology practice in Glen Ellyn and Hoffman Estates
• Approximately 70% adult and 30% pediatric patients
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• Team includes 15 otolaryngologists and 5 physician assistants
• Established practice with a large patient base, ensuring busy schedules from day one
• Call schedule : 1 : 15, at Edward Hospital and Central DuPage Hospital
• Two-year track to partnership / shareholder status
• EPIC EMR system
• Strong primary care referral base
