IT Director

A company is looking for an IT Director to oversee IT operations and engineering work to ensure security, productivity, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead IT operations including endpoint management, identity and access management, and compliance efforts

Manage vendor relationships and support cloud / network configurations for secure environments

Drive automation and maintain documentation for operational processes and user-facing support

Required Qualifications

10+ years in IT / sysadmin / engineering roles with hands-on experience in endpoint management and cloud infrastructure

Experience implementing NIST SP 800-171 controls and supporting CMMC-focused efforts

Proficient with modern endpoint management tools, SSO / MFA solutions, and device provisioning workflows

Solid troubleshooting skills across various operating systems and network configurations

Ability to work in a remote-first, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
