A mature, profitable EH&S consulting and critical fuel services firm seeks a Business Development Representative in the Kansas City metro. On-site ramp to learn services, then daily local travel to build pipeline and close new commercial and industrial accounts.
Key Responsibilities – Business Development Representative - EH&S Services - Kansas City
- Generate new revenue via outbound prospecting : cold calls, walk-ins, networking, events, trade shows.
- Qualify prospects, scope opportunities, and position EH&S consulting and critical fuel services.
- Execute territory plan for the Kansas City region; maintain weekly activity and pipeline targets.
- Manage RFP / RFQ responses with marketing and operations.
- Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot, Deltek Vision) and accurate forecasts.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs and client satisfaction.
- Track industry trends and EH&S regulatory changes; translate into client value propositions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly new-customer and revenue goals.
- Represent the firm professionally with strong written and verbal communication.
Qualifications – Business Development Representative - EH&S Services - Kansas City
3+ years of sales experience; EH&S or industrial services preferred.Proven lead generation and new logo acquisition.Competence with Microsoft 365 and CRM tools (HubSpot, Deltek Vision).Strong time management, follow-through, and personal accountability.Valid driver's license and ability for daily local travel in the Kansas City metro.Pref erred Qualifications – Business Development Representative - EH&S Services - Kansas City
