L2 Support Engineer

Job Description

Infosys is seeking a L2 support Engineer to support a managed services engagement focused on enterprise application development and infrastructure this role you will be responsible for driving enhancements and automation of manual workflows contributing to the development and customization of a case management solution built on a low-code platform and supporting incident management activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable reliable solutions across diverse technology stacks. This position also plays a key role in legacy modernization efforts and the integration of emerging digital technologies.

RequiredQualifications :

• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Candidate must be located within the commuting distance of St Louis MO or be willing to relocate to any of thislocation.

• At least 1yearof experience with Information Technology.
• Hardware infrastructure experience and proven years of experience in Cloud-Based (PCF / AWS)LinuxMainframe

PreferredQualifications :

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
