What You Will Do :

• Strategic Oversight : Direct operations with an eye for increasing productivity and reducing costs. You'll oversee labor productivity, quality control, and safety measures, aligning them with Vision's high standards.
• Leadership & Development : Cultivate a motivated, skilled team through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.

Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine operational procedures and business processes.

Your strategic planning and problem-solving skills will be key in optimizing performance and customer satisfaction.

• Budget & Cost Management : Manage operational budgets to maximize efficiency and profitability. Your analytical prowess will ensure we exceed financial goals and maintain operational excellence.
