About the Role : This role will be a key partner to global regional teams to assess market opportunities and lead the implementation of Transcarotid Arterial Revascularization (TCAR) therapy in diverse global markets. This role will also serve as the Product Manager for the Transfemoral Carotid Artery Stent (CAS) portfolio, including Carotid Wallstent and FilterWire, with responsibility for both global and US markets. In many regions, this will be a first-to-market opportunity, requiring creative problem-solving and adaptability. There is no established roadmap, so this person will help shape the path forward and influence the future of Boston Scientific's carotid therapy portfolio worldwide. The scope is broader than a typical product launch; this person will help regional partners build new therapy markets by considering product portfolio, regional economics, and pricing, launch planning, therapy scaling, and sales support. Upcoming global launches will be critical drivers for the Carotid Franchise to achieve revenue growth goals. This person will also work closely with the US marketing team to understand and expand product positioning for global markets.
Work Mode : At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Your responsibilities will include :
- Global Expansion & Regional Partnership : Serve as a primary partner to regional teams, evaluating market opportunities and leading the implementation of TCAR therapy in new geographies. Collaborate with other marketing team members and regional partners to develop and execute strategies for first-to-market launches, navigating complex regulatory, clinical, and commercial environments. Collaborate with regional stakeholders to build new therapy markets, considering product portfolio mix, local economics, pricing strategies, launch planning, therapy scaling, and sales support. Apply advanced problem-solving skills to overcome barriers and help define best practices and innovative approaches for therapy adoption. Influence and contribute to a unique, high-impact global expansion initiative, shaping the future of Boston Scientific's carotid portfolio.
- Product Management : Act as the global product manager for the Transfemoral Carotid Artery Stent (TF-CAS) portfolio, including Carotid Wallstent and FilterWire. Lead global launch strategy and execution for upcoming Carotid Wallstent iterations, ensuring readiness across regulatory, clinical, and commercial functions. Set and drive long-term strategy for the transfemoral business, aligning with franchise growth objectives over the next several years. Own the US market for the transfemoral portfolio, partnering with the US-focused TCAR marketing team and engaging directly with US sales teams and customers to support product adoption and market growth. Provide market insights and feedback to inform broader marketing strategies and portfolio decisions.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or related field3+ years of experience in product management, marketing analytics, or commercial execution, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industryExperience with procedure-based therapies or interventional devices (cardiovascular, neurovascular, or peripheral interventions high valued)Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and solve ambiguous problemsStrong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively within a team and across functionsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-focused environmentAbility to travel up to 30% of the time, to include international travelPreferred Qualifications :
