Qualifications :
Licensed or certified according to individual state requirements.Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field preferred.Experience in Quality and / or Risk Management, particularly in performance improvement, regulatory compliance, leadership, and conflict resolution.Physical Requirements :
Good visual acuity and effective communication skills.Ability to lift and move a minimum of 30 pounds; reasonable assistance may be requested for tasks exceeding this requirement.Capability to endure prolonged periods of standing and walking.Ability to travel as necessary, including evenings and weekends.Skills and Abilities :
