A client of Innova Solutionsis immediately hiring a Finance Shared Services.

Position Type : Full time (Contract to Hire)

Duration : 12months

Location : Melbourne, FL 32901 (1st Shift)

As a Finance Shared Services you will :

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Expense and Card Management Specialist to join our team.
• This role will assist users with expense report submissions and related queries, ensuring compliance with company policies such as FIN-10 (Travel) and GC-01 (Allowability).
• They will manage the Concur Help Desk tickets, provide email inbox support, and participate in regular Concur team calls to discuss current projects and trends.
• The role may also involve conducting user permission audits and updating training materials as needed.
• Additionally, the specialist will support the Corporate Card Program by monitoring and handling inquiries from cardholders within the company.
• The ideal candidate will have experience with policy and procedures, particularly in an aerospace and defense environment.

Qualifications :

Must- Haves (Hard Skills) :

Education : High School Diploma with 2 years' experience
