A company is looking for a Director, People & Development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of people-related programs and initiatives across assigned departments
Serve as an advisor on employee relations matters and support manager coaching and development
Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to culture-building efforts within the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience
Strong experience supporting multiple departments or business units in geographically dispersed locations
Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and compensation consultation
Experience with Workday is preferred
