Dedicated NP managing clinic, 4 MAs per pod, plus seasoned RNs and surgical techs

Flexible Schedule Options

4 full days of outpatient procedures weekly (7 : 30 am-4 : 00 pm)

1 day split between clinic and admin

Flexible Schedule options available - ex : 3 weeks per month with two weeks off in a row

No inpatient responsibilities, no call, and no weekends

Competitive Compensation Package

Base salary of $650K-$700K with significant RVU upside
