Our mission is to electrify the world's homes for healthy and sustainable living. Residential electrification is an extraordinary decarbonization opportunity - 145 million homes in the United States account for 20% of our climate emissions. But today, electrification is painful - it's too complicated, time consuming, and expensive. So we're building a new experience for homeowners, contractors, and utilities. Zero bridges the gap between the digital and the physical with a frictionless experience that makes electrification fast, easy, and affordable. Join our team to build a world class consumer experience that just so happens to electrify America.
With several active programs and more slated to come online early this year, we're hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead the successful delivery and scaling of our utility programs. In this highly cross-functional role, you'll own overall program targets, program design, and work with external stakeholders to deliver against our ambitious goals. This role will require collaborative leadership to set the strategic vision for each program and operational excellence to ensure consistent delivery across a number of contractual obligations, program milestones and revenue targets. This role reports to the head of Business Operations.
We're looking for someone who is excellent at risk management, program scheduling, stakeholder management, and managing regulatory complexity to deliver effective outcomes. You'll also be responsible for reporting to leadership program progress, leading program reviews, and advocating for process changes and improvements. This role is incredibly high impact and provides an opportunity to gain experience with partners across the industry, while enabling substantial growth for Zero.
