What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate and schedule concrete deliveries to meet customer needs and optimize fleet operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, drivers, and plant personnel to ensure smooth delivery execution
- Monitor delivery progress in real time and proactively adjust schedules to maintain service quality
- Use dispatching software and communication tools to manage orders and logistics efficiently
- Document delivery details, customer interactions, and any service issues with accuracy and professionalism

This role is based in a dispatch office setting with frequent communication via phone, radio, and computer systems. It requires attention to detail, adaptability to changing schedules, and collaboration with both internal teams and external customers.
