Job Description
SpineSearch is seeking a Director of Front Office Operations to oversee administrative performance across our multi-site orthopedic practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This role will lead a team of Regional Managers and their office staff to ensure seamless daily operations, exceptional patient service, and consistent execution of organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and operational oversight to Regional Managers and front-office teams across all locations.
- Partner with executive leadership to align regional goals with organizational priorities and patient experience standards.
- Oversee provider scheduling, staffing, and office workflows to ensure efficiency and patient access.
- Support new office launches and provider onboarding, ensuring all systems, processes, and resources are in place.
- Maintain accuracy and optimization within the ECW system and oversee supply management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as scheduling accuracy, patient satisfaction, and workflow efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, compliance, and operational consistency across offices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years in healthcare operations or practice management, with at least 2 years in multi-site leadership.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency with eClinicalWorks (ECW) and solid understanding of healthcare compliance.Ability to travel between NJ and PA office locations.
