Construction Assistant Project Manager
The client is a public sector agency or contractor specializing in infrastructure development, such as water systems, transportation, or environmental protection. Examples include the NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) or MTA Construction & Development, both of which manage large-scale capital projects across New York City and surrounding regions.
Support project delivery by managing timelines, budgets, and documentation.
Coordinate with public agencies and internal teams to ensure compliance and progress.
Assist in procurement, reporting, and contract administration.
Track milestones and risks, helping the project manager maintain control over scope and schedule.
Facilitate communication between contractors, engineers, and government stakeholders.
