Patient Engagement Associate

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Associate to facilitate outreach and enrollment for families of children with special health care needs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct telephonic outreach to families, assisting them with downloading the app and scheduling enrollment visits

Communicate services effectively and address any objections from parents or families

Collaborate with the Local Outreach Team to support engagement efforts and meet monthly targets

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an outreach, customer service, or call center role

Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
