About The Role
You, the Account Executive / VP Sales of our dreams, are an experienced Sales professional who has Digital Marketing agency experience selling strategic marketing services (specifically SEO and PPC) to B2B accounts. You are a strong communicator and consultative sales expert who thrives in an environment built on growth and excellence.
A core driver of your success in this role will be your performance marketing expertise and knowledge. You will be required to build your own custom audits in the pitch process (without operational support) and will need to pass a highly strategic and difficult onboarding process to be fully onboarded and approved for the role.
This isnt a pitch a deck and hope role. Its consultative, executive-level selling where youll :
Partner closely with Client Strategy and Service Line Directors to design, shape, and deliver winning solutions.
Lead high-stakes conversations with CMOs, VPs, and Founders.
Guide prospects through discovery, strategy alignment, and proposal stages using our Command of the Message framework.
Own deals from Intro Call through SOW Review, including negotiation and close.
What Youll Do :
Pipeline Leadership : Source, qualify, and close Mid-Market & Enterprise SaaS deals.
Discovery & Strategy : Run structured discovery, identify business pains, and align Directives services as the solution.
Consultative Selling : Build strategic proposals (SEO, Paid Media, CRO, RevOps, GTM) in partnership with Client Strategy and Service Line Directors.
Deal Management : Drive opportunities through the full cycle (Intro ? Strategy Call ? Proposal ? SOW Review ? Close).
Executive Communication : Lead C-level conversations with confidence and clarity.
Quota Attainment : Exceed quarterly revenue targets and drive consistent pipeline coverage.
What Youll Bring :
5+ years selling digital marketing or performance services in a B2B agency / consulting environment.
A track record of exceeding quota with $100k+ ACVs and 67 figure annual targets.
Proven ability to sell consultatively at the executive level (CMO / VP).
Expertise across Paid Media and SEO (bonus for CRO / RevOps experience).
Excellent business acumen and ability to quantify ROI in a sales process.
Strong organizational skills and comfort working in Salesforce, Gong, and other sales tools.

Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary

As a remote-first company, youll have the ability to work from your home office. For some positions, as posted, we will accommodate global opportunities where we have established businesses, including Canada, Mexico, and the UK. This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack. In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary.
