Job Summary :
Provide responsive and accurate support to key industrial customers by processing orders, managing accounts, and ensuring timely communication from order placement through delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and manage customer orders and changes accurately and promptly.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Verify purchase order details (pricing, Incoterms, legal entity, payment terms).
- Send shipping documents ahead of delivery for smooth offloading.
- Track open orders and address issues following internal procedures.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify account trends and growth opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve non-conformance issues quickly.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of systems, policies, and procedures.
- Acknowledge and process new purchase orders within 24 hours.
Requirements :
3+ years of customer service experience.1–2 years in the chemical or oil & gas industry preferred.SAP knowledge preferred.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
