Kennedy Painting, the largest residential painting company in St. Louis, is currently hiring for a full-time Experienced Painter to use skilled trade abilities to execute day-to-day preparation tasks and accomplish various paint jobs for our St.

Louis, Missouri clients. This position earns $19-$25 / hour , based on experience. We are local industry leaders in this essential trade and believe that hard work can also be fun .

As an Experienced Painter with our company, your skills help you excel in this position. Your ability to efficiently utilize ladders and power equipment including boom lifts and spray guns allows for productive workdays.

You work with a team in clients' homes and businesses, always keeping a clean and tidy workspace. EXPERIENCED PAINTER QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1-5 years of full-time experience working at a professional painting company
  • A valid driver's license
  • Car insurance and vehicle to drive to the job site
  • Have a smartphone
  • Able to use and lift ladders up to 32 ft.

WORK ENVIRONMENT :

Work is performed in various locations. Exposure to harsh conditions is possible for short periods-such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures.

All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential function of this job successfully.

While performing this position's duties, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel;

reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk and hear. The ability to lift and carry 30 lbs. is required.
