Large & Complex Casualty Senior Broker / Team Leader
Team Leaders at Willis support associate growth technically, professionally and organizationally. The Team Leader will manage a group of support brokers and understand their capacity, clients and career pathing. As a Team Leader, you will collaborate with other Team Leaders to evaluate best practices and account capacities. Willis's General Industry brokers oversee day-to-day placement and broking responsibilities for our largest and most complex accounts. Brokers are expected to meaningfully contribute to our vertical by supporting new business opportunities; developing business relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and markets; leading negotiations with underwriters regarding coverage terms, conditions and pricing on new and existing programs; evaluating quotes and preparing marketing reports; managing pro-forma analysis information and distribution; assisting in the development and deployment of strategic / creative solutions; and performing other duties as assigned. This is a hybrid role based out of LA.

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state / local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education / professional certifications, qualifications / experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only). Compensation The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $125,000 $225,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
