They’re seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join their growing Preconstruction team.

The Role

As a Project Estimator , you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate, detailed, and timely cost estimates for commercial, municipal, and state projects. You’ll play a key role in winning new work and supporting the Preconstruction team throughout the bid process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review bid documents, specifications, and drawings to understand project scope and requirements.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and develop comprehensive cost estimates.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids, ensuring proper trade coverage.
• Coordinate and distribute bid documents; participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits.
• Prepare bid tabulations, qualification statements, and RFI submissions.
• Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to align estimates with project schedules and site conditions.
• Input data into estimating software and maintain accurate cost databases.
• Support project interviews and presentations as part of the preconstruction process.
