Radiology Technologist Job Details

Location : Vineland, NJ 08360 (South Jersey healthcare jobs)

Work Setting : On-site hospital radiology department

Contract Length : 13 weeks (option to extend for long-term radiology jobs)

Schedule : Thursday & Friday 6 : 30pm–7 : 00am; every other weekend Saturday & Sunday 6 : 30pm–7 : 00am

Total Hours : 36 hours per week

Start Date : November 17, 2025

Holiday Coverage : Every other holiday required

Dress Code : Black scrubs

Time Off : Up to 3 days RTO

Hourly Pay Rate : $94.86

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2080–$2230

Radiology Technologist Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist (2 years preferred for advanced radiology jobs)

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with Computerized Assisted Tomography training

Active New Jersey DEP license (NJ radiology jobs requirement)

ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)

CT certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)

CPR and BLS (AHA) certifications

IV certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)

Emergency Room (ER) experience preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

Produce high-quality CT, MRI, and vascular imaging scans as ordered by licensed physicians

Operate diagnostic imaging equipment including CT, MRI, vascular, DEXA, and general radiology systems

Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during all imaging procedures

Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care

Comply with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards in a hospital setting
