A company is looking for a Senior Director, Quality Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the quality engineering strategy aligned with digital transformation goals
Lead the transition from manual QA to automated QE, embedding quality early in the product development lifecycle
Build and lead a high-performing global quality engineering team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
12+ years of experience in software quality engineering, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles
Proven track record of transforming QA organizations into automated quality engineering functions
Deep expertise in test automation, CI / CD, and agile delivery practices
Experience implementing AI-powered testing tools and frameworks
Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems
