A company is looking for a Bilingual Support Technician to join their support team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide front-line technical support to customers using the software
Troubleshoot issues related to ERP systems and create, modify, and troubleshoot reports
Document support cases and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
Previous experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Experience in a technical support desk or helpdesk environment
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
Experience with Crystal Reports development and support
Fluency in both English and Spanish
