As a Retail Support & Data Analyst, you will create transparency within the agency with data driven decisions in our Social Enterprise business. You will join the Social Enterprise team in building relationships with customers, donors and the community to ensure the continued forward movement of our mission.

Responsibilities

• Our Retail Support & Data Analyst will : Collaborate with the Social Enterprise team and senior leadership to execute sales and promotional opportunities through efficient setup and execution of store systems.
• Growth of Social Enterprise financial stability through data collection, analysis and recommendations to leadership team.
• Create, conduct and deliver standardized and ad hoc reports to support business needs
• Analyze and provide recommendations for business based on data findings

Qualifications

As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.

This position is located in Idaho and candidates must be within a reasonable distance to our location
